Case Management
From the time a signed application is received back from an applicant until an issued
policy is delivered to the policyholder and the policy is in force, our Case Management
Team provides day-to-day processing of applications in concert with the insurance
company's new business and underwriting department.
Working on behalf of outside financial advisors to process the application quickly
and efficiently, the financial advisor never experiences the frustrations of a lack
of ongoing information about the status of their cases. We provide end-to-end application

Central Supervision
Supervisory approvals of submitted requests for insurance applications can take
days, if not weeks, in most organizations. Not only is there a review of the coverage
specifics, but there is also the concerns associated with appropriate suitability
reviews on the product selected and offered to the customer.

Commission Management
The Commission Management unit processes carrier commission payments on behalf of
third party insurance agencies and agents. The unit receives carrier payments on
behalf of the agencies and calculates payments to be distributed among the parties/agents
per agency instructions and guidelines. Additionally, the Commission Management
unit monitors carrier payments, compares them to agency-carrier agreements, reconciles
commission balances, deals with carrier-agency issues/disputes, and reports results
to the agency.
