Midwest Processing Center

The Plymouth, Minnesota office provides life insurance support to multiple wire house firms. Here Carroll Enterprises manages online and custom solutions to support both client and agent needs for life insurance, including online quoting and submission solutions for term products. Clients and customers have access to product support for term life insurance, permanent life insurance, and education on insurance products and concepts, as well as complex case design. Licensed insurance professionals are available through the Broker Service Help Desk, and offer experience in case management, internal wholesaling, and commission management.

West Coast Processing Center

The San Diego office manages our evening hour calling activities, allowing us to have coast-to-coast coverage for inbound and outbound call activity on several related programs. The majority of the work being done is the completion of the insurance tele-application service whereby our licensed agents complete the full Part 1 and Part 2 portions of term life insurance and long term care insurance applications on behalf of our financial advisor network. Our sales associates also provide the full needs analysis, quoting, and tele-application services for term life insurance sales.
